Occupational Therapist

Kels Global Ltd. is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to help individuals improve, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work.

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to determine rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' independence and quality of life.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance daily living, motor, and work-related skills.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques, adaptive equipment, and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare treatment reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Promote a safe, supportive, and patient-centered rehabilitation environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria (MRTB).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop individualized rehabilitation plans and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Must reside in Abuja.
