Group HR Manager (Head of Talent & Culture)

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager (Head of Talent & Culture) to lead its people strategy and build a high-performing organizational culture. The successful candidate will oversee the full HR value chain, drive talent management and organizational development initiatives, and establish scalable HR systems that support business growth across the group.

• Develop and execute the organization's talent and culture strategy to support long-term business objectives.
• Build, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, structures, and people management systems.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Drive organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
• Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals and transformation initiatives.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide strategic insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6–8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proven experience building HR departments and implementing scalable HR systems from the ground up.
• Experience within technology, telecommunications, media, entertainment, or other high-growth digital organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) or relevant postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
