Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's talent and culture strategy to support long-term business objectives.
- Build, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, structures, and people management systems.
- Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Drive organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals and transformation initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide strategic insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6–8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
- Proven experience building HR departments and implementing scalable HR systems from the ground up.
- Experience within technology, telecommunications, media, entertainment, or other high-growth digital organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) or relevant postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
