Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

A fast-growing fintech company is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next phase of growth and expansion. The successful candidate will drive business strategy, revenue generation, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and operational excellence while positioning the company as a leader in the cross-border payments and fintech industry.

• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, growth plans, and commercial objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by securing high-value enterprise partnerships and commercial deals.
• Lead business expansion initiatives and strengthen the company's market position.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, investors, and partners.
• Oversee fundraising activities and lead the company through its next funding round within 12–18 months.
• Provide executive leadership across operations, finance, product, and business development teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies for long-term success.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
• Proven experience scaling a B2B payments or fintech business.
• Strong track record of closing enterprise partnerships and commercial fintech deals.
• Experience working within regulated financial environments (FINTRAC or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of cross-border payments, treasury operations, and foreign exchange (FX).
• Demonstrated success in business growth, commercial strategy, and fundraising.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
