Social Media Handler

Kashco is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Handler to strengthen its online presence through engaging content, strategic social media management, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and execute strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Develop and implement social media strategies to support brand awareness and business growth.
• Create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content across social media platforms.
• Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling and community engagement.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize content strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and lead generation through creative digital campaigns.

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze social media performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work at least 3 days per week.
