Business Development and Grants Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Grants Manager to drive organizational growth by identifying funding opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing grant acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NGOs or grant-funded projects, with proven experience in proposal development, donor engagement, and business development.

• Identify and pursue grant, donor, and funding opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and funding applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, development partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to support organizational growth.
• Coordinate grant management processes, including compliance, reporting, and donor communication.
• Monitor funding opportunities and ensure timely submission of applications.
• Collaborate with program teams to develop project concepts and budgets.
• Prepare business development reports and support strategic planning initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with NGOs or grant-financed projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of grant writing, proposal development, and donor engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Experience in fundraising, partnership development, or business development is an added advantage.
