Job Summary

CTL Atlantis is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to oversee the movement, storage, and tracking of construction materials, equipment, and supplies across project sites. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate material distribution, and support smooth project execution through effective inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movement using inventory management systems.
  • Process and document material requests and issue stock to authorized site personnel.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits to ensure record accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and raise timely purchase requests to prevent material shortages.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or stock variances.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storage environment.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to support project planning and cost control.
  • Support construction and quantity surveying teams with accurate materials usage and inventory data.

Required Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory, stores, or materials management, preferably within the construction or property development industry.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Must reside in Lekki or be willing to relocate before resumption.
