Remote Growth Associate

Orbit Rays is seeking a tech-savvy and results-driven Growth Associate to support business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, sales conversion and digital marketing activities.

• Generate leads and identify potential customers.
• Conduct telesales, follow-ups and customer engagement.
• Convert leads into paying customers and support sales growth.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Support paid advertising and email marketing campaigns.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, customer information and sales activities.
• Monitor growth activities and work towards set targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

• Minimum of OND/HND in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in telesales, customer service, lead generation, follow-ups and sales conversion.
• Proficiency in social media management, paid advertising, content creation and email marketing.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.
• Tech-savvy, proactive and results-oriented approach.
