Remote Flight Booking Assistant

FlyNaija is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Flight Booking Assistant to help customers compare domestic flight fares, complete bookings, and manage booking enquiries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to maintain accurate booking records in a remote environment.

• Help customers compare domestic flight fares and available airlines.
• Assist with flight bookings, reservations, and confirmations.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Follow up on bookings and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
• Provide timely updates and support throughout the booking process.
• Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop or desktop computer, and smartphone.
• Must reside in Nigeria and be able to make phone calls.
• Travel, hospitality, or customer support experience is an advantage.
