Lead and optimize mission-critical Support Operations processes at Stripe. Manage a team of program managers, drive cross-functional initiatives, and enhance the quality and efficiency of support operations in alignment with Stripe’s user-first strategy.
Lead a team of high-performing program managers across multiple workstreams.
Partner cross-functionally to evolve Support infrastructure and processes.
Support scaled change management for implementing and optimizing quality processes.
Own quality outcomes and metrics for Support Ops, including operational efficiency and user experience.
Foster a culture of transparency, empathy, inclusion, and empowerment.
10+ years in Support Operations, business process analysis, strategy, consulting, or program management.
8+ years managing teams of program managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to tackle ambiguity and deliver quantifiable business impact.
Critical thinking and data-analysis skills, experience with large datasets.
Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex topics.
