Remote Recruitment Specialist

Rosabella is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to support high-volume hiring for customer service and call centre roles across multiple countries and regions. The successful candidate will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate with hiring managers and improve recruitment efficiency and hiring quality.

• Recruit qualified candidates for customer service and call centre positions.
• Build, maintain and manage candidate pipelines across multiple regions.
• Source, screen and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet recruitment timelines.
• Track recruitment performance, hiring quality and employee retention.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the People Operations team.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate records.

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions.
• Ability to manage several vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a global remote environment.
