Rainoil Limited, a leading integrated downstream oil and gas company in Nigeria, is seeking a Station Supervisor to ensure smooth operations at its retail stations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in retail sales, safety compliance, and operational management within the oil and gas sector.
Open and close stations daily, ensuring readiness and security
Take meter readings, dip underground tanks, and maintain accurate stock logs
Coordinate the sales activities of pump attendants and handle customer queries
Liaise with external stakeholders regarding Rainoil products
Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Station Manager
Oversee offloading of stock into station tanks from delivery trucks
Inspect sales and safety equipment to ensure HSE compliance
Maintain inventory reports to track product availability and ensure stock levels
HND in Social Science, Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in retail marketing, sales, or business development
Experience in the oil and gas or related industry
Strong operational and organizational skills
