Rainoil Limited is seeking a qualified LPG Plant Manager to oversee operations, safety, and staff management at its LPG facilities. The role involves ensuring efficient, safe, and profitable plant operations while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage all LPG plant operations and staff-related matters
Maintain high operational standards and drive sales through effective team deployment
Ensure proper discharge processes and implement controls to minimize fraud
Facilitate daily stock requests and monitor receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of products
Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain HSE standards with proper maintenance controls
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to guide LPG offerings
Compile, analyze, and report sales and financial results to the LPG Coordinator
Manage technical aspects of plant operations, including storage facilities
Develop strategies to promote business growth and operational efficiency
B.Sc (Second-Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in Engineering
1–4 years of relevant experience
Honest, committed, hardworking, and self-motivated
