Skipper Eye-Q Super Speciality Eye Hospital is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to uphold clinical excellence, optimize operational workflows, and ensure outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive quality assurance experience in healthcare, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead teams to maintain high standards.
Ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
Optimize operational workflows, including reducing patient wait times and maintaining facility safety
Monitor patient feedback and Google reviews to drive service improvements
Bridge clinical protocols with administrative efficiency to maintain a safe, high-performing environment
Design, implement, and enhance hospital quality standards
Analyze data to identify areas for operational and service improvement
Train, motivate, coach, and correct employees to meet quality standards
Generate reports to track performance and progress
Develop strategies to increase productivity and ensure processes align with current trends
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance within a healthcare or hospital setting
Certifications in quality management preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting software, and Microsoft Office
