Join MOTAI VOYAGE LTD as a Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel and eager to grow in the travel industry.
Assist clients with travel planning, including flights, accommodations, and activities
Provide excellent customer service to ensure seamless travel experiences
Research and stay updated on travel destinations, trends, and regulations
Collaborate with team members to develop travel packages and promotions
Handle administrative tasks related to bookings and client communications
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
Travel-related certificate required
Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel consultant
Strong passion for travel and exploring new destinations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with travel booking software is a plus
