Supervisor

The Supervisor will oversee branch-level operations, ensuring smooth sales and repair activities while maintaining high service standards. This role supports Mirahub Limited’s expansion by leading teams, driving performance, and upholding operational excellence across assigned locations.

Oversee daily sales and device repair activities

Lead, coordinate, and motivate sales and technical teams

Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure satisfaction

Track sales performance and support target achievement

Take operational decisions that support business objectives

Ensure proper handling, display, and security of devices and accessories

Manage basic reporting, stock control, and accountability

Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly

Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures

Good knowledge of smartphones (Android and iOS), accessories, and basic repairs

Proven leadership and people management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Sales-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Basic computer skills including POS or inventory systems

Minimum of OND, HND, BSc, or equivalent qualification

Prior experience in smartphone sales, retail supervision, or electronics sales is an advantage
