Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement YouTube content strategies focused on authority building and monetization
Optimize video titles, thumbnails, and publishing schedules for growth
Track analytics, monitor audience engagement, and report insights to the team
Collaborate with the content producer to repurpose long-form content into reels, TikToks, and shorts
Coordinate with production and editing teams to maintain content consistency
Implement monetization strategies including ads, memberships, and partnerships
Conduct trend research and provide strategic recommendations for digital campaigns
Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in digital strategy and digital marketing
Experience in social media marketing and web analytics
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with YouTube analytics, SEO, and content optimization
Strategic and creative mindset for innovative campaign execution
Passion for storytelling and understanding of beauty, natural hair care, and hair shows
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
