* Manage daily food and beverage operations in the hotel or hospitality environment
* Supervise and lead the F&B team, ensuring adherence to service standards
* Plan and implement creative menu offerings, including cocktails and beverages
* Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control for F&B supplies
* Ensure proper use of computer systems and digital tools for operations and reporting
* Promote services via social media and other marketing channels
* Train staff on service excellence, hygiene, and operational best practices
* Maintain attention to detail in presentation, service, and guest experience
* Develop strategies for up-selling and revenue growth
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
* Minimum HND in Hospitality or related field
* At least 3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
* Proficient in computer use and social media engagement
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Creativity and attention to detail in food, beverage, and service delivery
