• Promote the company's services through ethical and professional marketing activities.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with law firms, travel agencies, educational consultants and relevant organisations.
• Generate, qualify and manage leads through various marketing channels.
• Follow up with prospects and support their conversion into paying customers.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends and new growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, leads and conversions.
• Prepare and submit regular marketing performance reports.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute coordinated campaigns.
• Monitor marketing results and recommend strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, sales, business development or customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify prospects, generate leads and convert enquiries into customers.
• Understanding of customer acquisition strategies and partnership development.
