Chief Operating Officer (COO)

A fast-growing premium wellness brand is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee business operations, drive strategic growth, and partner with the Founder & CEO to scale the organization.

Provide full operational oversight across clinical, client experience, marketing, and business functions.

Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and cross-functional teams.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and profitability alongside the Finance Officer.

Design, implement, and monitor company-wide KPIs and performance dashboards.

Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.

Develop and optimize operational systems, SOPs, and business processes.

Manage vendor and supplier relationships.

Partner with the Founder & CEO on strategic planning, business growth, and decision-making.

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

Minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior operations leadership role.

Proven experience managing department heads and cross-functional teams.

Strong commercial, financial, and business management skills.

Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Marketing experience is an added advantage.
