Technical Project / Program Manager

A global organization is seeking an experienced Technical Project / Program Manager to lead healthcare IT projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of complex technical initiatives.

Lead and manage technical projects and programs from planning through execution.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

Collaborate with technical teams, clinical users, executives, and vendors.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Monitor project performance and implement process improvements where necessary

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar leadership role within healthcare IT.

Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organizational skills with experience managing project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

Ability to coordinate technical and business teams effectively.
