Floor Coordinator / Floor Manager

Skipper Eye-Q Super Speciality Eye Hospital is seeking a Floor Coordinator / Floor Manager to oversee daily hospital floor operations, ensure smooth patient flow, and maintain high standards of service excellence. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital or healthcare management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

Oversee daily operations on the hospital floor to ensure efficient patient movement and workflow

Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and adherence to hospital protocols

Coordinate with reception, clinical staff, and doctors for timely patient check-ups and procedures

Ensure a seamless patient experience from entry to discharge, addressing concerns and grievances

Supervise and guide patient relationship executives, housekeeping, and support staff

Conduct staff briefings and assign daily tasks while ensuring compliance with hospital policies

Liaise with doctors, optometrists, and other departments to ensure smooth patient care

Ensure medical equipment and materials are available and in proper condition

Coordinate with optical, pharmacy, diagnostic labs, and other teams for operational efficiency

Maintain records of daily patient visits, appointments, and escalations; prepare reports for management review

Respond effectively to medical or operational emergencies, following established protocols

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, or related field

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hospital, clinic, hotel, or healthcare setup in a similar role

Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

Ability to handle stressful situations effectively

Proficiency in hospital management software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

Experience in an eye hospital or ophthalmology setup

Leadership and problem-solving abilities

Patient-centric approach with a focus on service excellence
