Hoop Telecoms Limited is seeking a Sales / Marketing Supervisor to develop and execute sales strategies, drive customer acquisition, and manage marketing campaigns. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, optimizing campaigns, and supervising team performance.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets
Identify and onboard corporate clients, partners, and bulk riders
Design promotional materials and customer acquisition programs
Support driver recruitment campaigns in collaboration with Operations
Track campaign performance and optimize marketing spend
Set KPIs and monitor team performance
Prepare budgets and forecasts
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing (mobility, logistics, or tech preferred)
Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
