Job Summary

The Office Manager provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and Director of the Bronx Health Collective. This role oversees office operations across all program sites, coordinates internal and external communications, and ensures organizational compliance with Montefiore’s institutional policies. The position also manages board and community advisory council activities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily administrative operations across all Bronx Health Collective program sites.
  • Provide direct support to the Executive Director and Director in project management and coordination.
  • Manage communication flow between departments, leadership, and external partners.
  • Coordinate meetings, including board and community advisory council sessions.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office functionality.
  • Maintain and manage office technology, supplies, and vendor relationships.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Uphold confidentiality in handling sensitive and organizational information.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional procedures and policies.



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative management experience, preferably in healthcare, community health, or nonprofit settings.
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Montefiore systems (Infor, Workday).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and maintain discretion.
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
