Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Perform stock and inventory reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial reports and accounting schedules.
Record and reconcile financial transactions using accounting software.
Monitor inventory-related accounting activities and identify discrepancies.
Support monthly and periodic financial reporting.
Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete and up to date.
Maintain proper documentation and support internal financial controls.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the FMCG or Supply Chain industry.
Hands-on experience with accounting software and inventory accounting.
Experience in stock reconciliation, receivables, payables and financial reporting.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
High attention to detail and integrity.
