Customer Relations Officer

A real estate company in Wuse is urgently seeking a Customer Relations Officer to provide professional client support and build strong customer relationships.

Attend to client enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the client experience.

Respond to client concerns and provide appropriate assistance.

Follow up with clients and maintain accurate customer records.

Support the team in delivering a smooth and professional customer experience.

• Minimum of HND/BSc.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer relations or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to attend to clients professionally and promptly.
• Real estate experience is an added advantage.
