Shoe Cobbler / Technician

The Shoe Lab NG is seeking an experienced Shoe Cobbler/Technician to handle professional shoe repairs, maintenance and finishing across different types of footwear and materials.

Carry out shoe repairs and maintenance to a high standard.

Perform sole replacement, stitching, gluing, patching and other applicable repairs.

Assess damaged footwear and determine the appropriate repair method.

Work with different types of footwear and materials.

Handle customers’ shoes carefully and professionally.

Complete repairs within agreed turnaround times.

Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality before handover.

Properly use and maintain workshop tools and equipment.

Proven experience as a Shoe Cobbler, Shoe Repairer, Shoe Technician or in a similar role.

Strong practical knowledge of shoe repair techniques.

Ability to work with different footwear types and materials.

Excellent attention to detail and finishing.

Ability to diagnose shoe damage and determine suitable repair solutions.

Good hand skills and proficiency with shoe-repair tools and equipment.
