Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues.
Install, configure and maintain software and IT systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and system problems.
Support day-to-day IT operations and ensure systems function effectively.
Assist with other IT-related tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong knowledge of IT systems and technical support.
Proficiency in software installation, troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
