Micro Credit Loan Officer

Regent Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a Micro Credit Loan Officer to source and assess clients, process loans, monitor repayments and maintain strong customer relationships.

Source, evaluate and onboard potential microcredit clients.

Conduct credit appraisals and risk assessments.

Process and maintain accurate loan documentation.

Monitor loan utilisation and follow up on repayments.

Build strong client relationships and support customer retention.

Work with credit and recovery teams on delinquent accounts.

OND/HND/BA/BSc in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

1–3 years’ experience in microcredit, loan processing or related roles, preferably in a microfinance bank or financial institution.

Good understanding of micro-lending, credit analysis and risk management.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of local markets and communities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
