Remote Legal Intern

GreenHouse Capital is seeking a law graduate interested in investment, capital formation and ecosystem-building to support its legal and advisory work.

Support founder advisory work.

Assist with cross-jurisdictional fund structuring.

Review contracts and support legal due diligence.

Assist with investor and portfolio relations.

Work closely with the team on investment-related legal matters.

Must have completed Law School and been called to the Bar.

Must have completed NYSC.

Candidates may apply immediately after completing whichever requirement comes last.

Strong interest in legal work within an investment firm.

Interest in capital formation and ecosystem-building.
