Information & Communication Technology Assistant (RMU)

Provide technical support for ICT systems, hardware and software.

Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.

Support network operations and troubleshoot technical issues.

Assist with user support, system administration and ICT-related tasks.

Help maintain reliable, secure and efficient ICT services.

Completed university degree from an accredited academic institution.

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering or a related field.
