Operations Officer / Dispatch Rider

A company in Wuse 3, Abuja is seeking an organised and reliable Operations Officer/Dispatch Rider to coordinate daily courier operations, deliveries and dispatch activities.

Coordinate daily pickups, deliveries and courier operations.

Assign and monitor drivers and dispatch riders.

Track shipments and resolve operational issues promptly.

Ensure timely collection and proper filing of Proofs of Delivery (PODs).

Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports.

Liaise with customers, branches and internal departments.

Monitor vehicle maintenance and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and client SLAs.

Good organisational and coordination skills.

Ability to monitor deliveries and resolve operational issues.

Strong communication and record-keeping skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of courier/dispatch operations is an advantage.
