Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CCSI’s IT strategy, workplan, policies, and technology roadmap.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and organisational systems.
- Ensure reliable IT support across head office, project offices, and field locations.
- Lead cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, and information-security initiatives.
- Develop backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems.
- Manage IT assets, software licences, procurement, budgets, vendors, and service contracts.
- Provide technology support for programmes, research, training, and field activities.
- Identify opportunities for automation, digital transformation, AI, and enterprise-system improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
- Ensure IT compliance, risk management, documentation, and audit requirements.
- Advise senior management and collaborate with departments on technology-related needs.
- Travel within and outside Nigeria as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years’ progressive IT management experience, including at least 3 years in the NGO, health, or development sector.
- Previous NGO/INGO experience is required.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud systems (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of Health Information Systems, data visualisation, and cybersecurity.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian ICT policies, labour laws, and donor compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work in low-resource and fast-changing environments.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and cybersecurity.
