Remote Reliance Care Officer (French Speaking)

Reliance Health is seeking a French-speaking Care Officer to support customers and deliver high-quality care services in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be fluent in French, have strong communication and analytical skills, and be comfortable working shifts, including weekends.

• Provide customer and care support in French and English.
• Communicate confidently with customers through verbal and written channels.
• Handle customer-related requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Work with numerical data and apply strong analytical skills when required.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support service delivery and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Work effectively across shifts, including weekends.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline.
• Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption letter.
• Ability to communicate confidently in French, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical data.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Goal-oriented, adaptable and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A medical background, such as Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy or Microbiology, is an added advantage.
