Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Provide company secretarial and corporate governance support.
- Coordinate Board, Committee and General Meetings.
- Maintain statutory and corporate records.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory documents.
- Advise the Board and Management on governance and regulatory matters.
- Prepare and review corporate documents, resolutions and agreements.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations.
- Support corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant professional experience.
- Professional qualification as a Chartered Secretary/Administrator, Lawyer or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of CAMA, corporate governance and regulatory compliance in Nigeria.
- Proven experience working with Boards, Directors, shareholders and senior executives.
- Excellent communication, organisational and report-writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, integrity and confidentiality.
- CV should clearly demonstrate corporate governance and company secretarial experience.
