Store Manager

Tooshup Fashion is seeking an experienced and organized Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, coordinate staff, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure smooth and efficient store performance.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fashion store.
• Coordinate and supervise store staff and daily activities.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and support.
• Monitor sales activities and store performance.
• Maintain proper organization and presentation of the store.
• Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock management.
• Support merchandising and product display activities.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure store policies and operational procedures are followed.
• Prepare and maintain relevant store records and reports.

• B.Sc or HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Good understanding of retail/store operations.
• Ability to manage staff and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
