General Manager

A hotel in Gwarimpa, Abuja is urgently seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee hotel operations, lead staff, and ensure efficient day-to-day management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
• Lead and coordinate hotel staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage operational activities and ensure company standards are maintained.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to employees.
• Coordinate activities across different hotel departments.
• Ensure guests receive excellent service and promptly address concerns.
• Maintain effective organizational and administrative processes.
• Support the hotel in achieving operational and business objectives.
• Work additional weekends when required for events.

• Minimum of B.Sc. or OND.
• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday and weekends when required for events.
