Remote Sales-Focused Customer Service Specialist

A company is seeking a sales-driven Customer Service Specialist to manage inbound customer interactions, resolve concerns, recommend products, and create exceptional experiences that increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and sales. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, sales, and multitasking skills, with full availability for evening and overnight shifts.

• Handle continuous inbound customer service calls professionally.
• Assist customers with orders, product selection, sizing, returns, and exchanges.
• Recommend relevant products and identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Resolve shipping, billing, payment, and delivery concerns.
• Assist customers with navigating the company website.
• Work toward first-call/one-call resolution.
• Use questioning, active listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Navigate multiple computer applications while communicating with customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences that encourage loyalty and retention.
• Meet customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and attendance targets. 

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to confidently recommend products and identify customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple computer applications simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to handle back-to-back calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Must be fully available for the required training and work schedules.
• Applicants must not have another job, school commitment, or ongoing responsibility that could interfere with the position.
• Must be comfortable working evening/overnight shifts and weekends.

Training Period: 24th August – 18th September 2026

Monday – Friday
4:30 PM – 12:00 AM WAT
Training may range from 32–50 hours per week.

Regular Work Schedule: Begins 20th September 2026

Thursday – Monday
5:00 PM – 3:30 AM WAT (following day)
