Whot Studios Ltd is seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Content and Community Lead to take ownership of its digital presence and online community. The ideal candidate should have strong content strategy, video creation, social media, community management, and on-camera skills, with a proven ability to drive engagement and digital growth.

• Develop and execute content strategies across digital platforms.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging video and social media content.
• Manage and grow the company’s online communities.
• Manage Telegram and WhatsApp communities and foster meaningful audience engagement.
• Write compelling and audience-focused content.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for relevant content.
• Confidently appear on camera and contribute to video content.
• Translate creative ideas into content that drives engagement and growth.
• Take ownership of the company’s overall digital presence and community experience.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in content, social media, community management, or a similar role.
• Mid-level professional experience.
• Must currently reside in Abuja.
• Previous experience managing a Telegram or WhatsApp community is required.
• Strong content strategy and social media management skills.
• Proven ability to create and edit engaging video content.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Creative, strategic, proactive, and hands-on approach to content creation.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant content and video work.
• Evidence of previous Telegram community management.
