Remote Sales & Partnerships Coordinator

A fintech and digital payments company is seeking an experienced Sales & Partnerships Coordinator to manage sales pipelines, coordinate partner outreach, track deal activities, and support leadership with partnership reporting and project coordination.

• Manage and maintain the sales and partnerships pipeline.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and strategic partners.
• Coordinate outreach to banks, prospective clients, and business partners.
• Track contracts, documentation, and activities required to close deals.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Monitor partnership and project milestones.
• Prepare partnership and project status reports for leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and partnership activities.

• 4–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Partnerships, Business Development, or Project Coordination.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems, or pipeline management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or digital assets is an advantage.
