Human Resources Officer

Yimei Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer with strong hospitality industry experience to manage HR processes, support hotel staffing operations, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience in the hospitality/hotel industry — mandatory.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and staffing structures.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
