A serviced apartment in Abuja is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare quality meals for guests and residents, maintain kitchen hygiene, manage food inventory, and accommodate special meal requests.

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and required standards.
• Prepare ingredients through washing, cutting, seasoning, and other processes.
• Cater to guests' dietary needs and special meal requests.
• Prepare both local and continental dishes.
• Clean and sanitise kitchen work areas, appliances, and utensils.
• Monitor food stock levels and check expiration dates.
• Store food properly using appropriate stock rotation methods.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Follow health, hygiene, fire safety, and kitchen safety regulations.
• Ensure efficient daily food production for apartment residents.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years' cooking experience in a hotel, serviced apartment, restaurant, or similar environment.
• Culinary training or certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of diverse culinary techniques.
• Ability to prepare local and continental dishes.
• Good time-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Strong hygiene and food-safety awareness.
