Remote Research Assistant

YLabs is seeking a Research Assistant to support research, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis across its projects. The ideal candidate should have strong research and writing skills and an interest in climate resilience and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR).

• Conduct desk research and literature reviews.
• Support policy analysis and research activities.
• Engage and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Support the development of research publications and proposals.
• Develop research briefs, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct fact-checking and quality assurance.
• Organize and synthesize research findings for project teams.
• Contribute to research deliverables and project documentation.

Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Strong research and writing skills.

Ability to analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative information.

Good attention to detail and fact-checking skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Interest in climate resilience and SRHR.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
