Kporkor Eats is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare, portion, and package traditional Delta dishes for sale. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the preparation of Delta Banga Rice, Delta Coconut Rice, and Ohwo Soup and be available for early morning cooking operations.

• Prepare Delta Banga Rice, Delta Coconut Rice, and Ohwo Soup on-site.
• Ensure meals are properly cooked, portioned, and packaged for sale.
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Follow proper food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
• Keep the cooking and preparation area clean and organised.
• Prepare meals efficiently, especially during early morning hours.
• Manage ingredients properly and minimise food wastage.

• Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience.
• Must have experience preparing relevant Delta-style dishes.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling.
• Ability to work efficiently during early morning hours.
• Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.
• Must reside in Kubwa or nearby areas.
