Job Summary

Health Care NJ. is seeking an experienced Operations & Business Development Team Lead to oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, develop new business opportunities, and build strategic client and partnership relationships in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, scheduling, resource allocation, compliance, and workflow.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct business development outreach through calls, emails, networking, meetings, and presentations.
  • Track leads, partnerships, business development activities, and results.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Prospect, nurture, and convert leads and referral opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on growth initiatives.
  • Represent the company at meetings, presentations, and networking events.
  • Develop proposals, partnership materials, and business growth strategies.
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and support team members to achieve operational and business development objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree is an added advantage.
  • 7–10 years' experience in operations, business development, or leadership.
  • Proven ability to improve processes and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and lead effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong business development, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Stable electricity or reliable backup power is required.

Work Schedule: 9 hours/day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
Shifts: Morning: 6 AM–3 PM EST | Afternoon: 2 PM–11 PM EST
