Waiter / Waitress

A hospitality business in Galadimawa, Abuja is seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent customer service, take and serve orders efficiently, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly arranged.
• Communicate effectively with guests and kitchen/bar staff.
• Attend to customer requests and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude.
• Ensure guests receive prompt and satisfactory service.

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, courteous, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work the 3 days on, 3 days off schedule.
