Remote Customer Success & Staffing Specialist

Health Care NJ is seeking a Customer Success & Staffing Specialist to manage client communication, caregiver staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and customer satisfaction while supporting smooth day-to-day operations in a remote healthcare environment.

• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with scheduling and issue resolution.
• Follow up with leads and clients to maintain satisfaction and engagement.
• Match caregivers to cases based on skills, availability, and compatibility.
• Maintain accurate caregiver records, certifications, availability, and schedules.
• Coordinate shifts and support caregiver onboarding.
• Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Update CRM and scheduling systems.
• Prepare basic operational reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, HR, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, staffing, scheduling, or operations.
• Healthcare, home care, hospitality, or service-industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with CRM, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Stable electricity or reliable backup power is required.
