Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Research seller and investor leads within the Singapore real estate market.
- Build targeted lead lists using Privy.
- Generate qualified leads through Meta (Facebook) and YouTube.
- Conduct outreach to prospective leads.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Update CRM systems and lead trackers accurately.
- Maintain organized lead records and prospect information.
- Submit weekly progress reports on lead generation activities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in lead generation or prospecting.
- Previous experience supporting a Singapore real estate business is required.
- Experience researching seller and investor leads.
- Proficiency in using Meta (Facebook) and YouTube for lead generation.
- Experience with Privy is an advantage.
