Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineer

A luxury real estate and construction company is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to design, coordinate, and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for construction projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

• Design, review, and supervise MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, lighting, fire protection, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems effectively.
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor installation quality and project progress.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
• Provide technical support throughout project planning and execution.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in MEP design and project execution.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar MEP design software.
• Good understanding of local and international building codes and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
