Medical Laboratory Scientist

Biorapid Diagnostics Nigeria Limited is seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform laboratory diagnostic services, ensure quality standards, and support accurate patient diagnosis using modern laboratory equipment.

• Perform laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures in accordance with professional standards.
• Operate and maintain modern laboratory equipment and diagnostic analyzers.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality management systems and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.
• Ensure proper handling, processing, and reporting of laboratory samples.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives within the laboratory.

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS).
• Current practicing licence issued by the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
• Minimum of 1–3 years post-qualification experience in a medical laboratory or healthcare facility (diagnostic laboratory experience is an added advantage).
• Sound knowledge of laboratory quality management systems.
• Ability to operate modern laboratory equipment and diagnostic analyzers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Applicants must reside within Karu, Kurudu, Jikwoyi, Nyanya, Mararaba, Masaka, Orozo, or Karshi axis.
