Content Creator (Crypto • Fintech • AI)

A fast-growing fintech company is seeking a creative Content Creator to produce engaging short-form content, grow brand awareness, and support social media engagement across multiple platforms.

• Plan, create, and publish engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, and Facebook.
• Produce product explainers, feature walkthroughs, educational, trend-based, lifestyle, founder, behind-the-scenes, and customer story content.
• Appear confidently on camera and serve as a recognizable face of the brand when required.
• Brainstorm creative ideas and adapt social media trends to fit the brand.
• Write simple scripts and develop compelling storytelling concepts.
• Identify opportunities to create timely content around trending topics.
• Publish approved content across social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, engage with followers, answer basic inquiries, and escalate customer support issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with founders, the Brand Designer & Motion Editor, and the Growth & Community Manager on content planning and execution.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, personality, and quality across all public-facing content.

• Strong confidence and comfort speaking on camera.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Experience creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and internet culture.
• Creative storytelling ability.
• Comfortable filming with a smartphone.
• Basic knowledge of short-form video production.
• Ability to work independently and consistently deliver quality content.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, AI, Web3, or technology is an advantage.
• Ability to speak Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital assets is preferred.
• Experience growing personal or brand social media accounts.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Public speaking or presentation skills are an added advantage.
